Jayesh Kaul

Jayesh Kaul holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Durham University and brings over 20 years of extensive experience across engineering, IT, and financial sectors. Active in the Indian stock market since 2004, he has navigated through its various cycles of booms and downturns. He has developed deep expertise in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, IT, energy, and consumer goods. Jayesh has worked with medium and large-sized IT companies including Sungard Offshore Services (India), 3D PLM Software Solutions Limited, and Mahindra-British Telecom Limited. He is the Founder, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of VELA CAPITAL FUND.

Ishika Chopra

Ishika Chopra serves as Jayesh Kaul’s Equity Research Assistant, providing comprehensive support in all assistant-related responsibilities. She excels at establishing operational excellence in cross-cultural environments and holds multiple qualifications, including B.Com, DTL, AMFI certification, NCFM Financial Markets certification, and Technical Analysis certification.

Tanay Kulkarnl

Tanay Kulkarni has over 23 years of professional experience. As a practicing Chartered Accountant (CA), his core areas of expertise include providing accounting support, compliance, taxation, and advisory services to corporate clients. Since 2001, he has been an active investor in the Indian stock market, having witnessed and navigated through its various cycles of growth and downturns. Tanay Kulkarni is the Founding Director and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of VELA CAPITAL FUND.
